The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in investigating a Ladbrokes Television commercial because it has recieved multiple complaints about the ad. The ad in question used known ex footballers.
Ladbrokes has this to say.Given that its the first time gambling companies have been able to advertise, were not entirely surprised there have been complaints. But we dont think we have transgressed and we will vigorously defend our case.
